Middle bacon is the best of both worlds as it includes both the back and streaky together. Our dry cured smoked middle bacon is smoked for 12 hours over our house blend of beech and maple wood giving it a sweet smokey flavour.

The bacon comes in a 275g pack (approximately 4 rashers)

All our pork is British, free range and outdoor reared with full traceability right back to the farmer. We only select pork from farms and abattoirs that meet our standards of welfare and animal husbandry.
