Full Time Shop Butcher
40 hours per week, Tuesday to Saturday.
£26,000 to £28,000 depending on experience.
We are looking for a trained butcher with experience in a retail environment (Whole carcass butchery experience is a bonus). We are looking for someone with bone in butchery experience, with excellent customer service to come join our friendly shop team based in Heaton. We want someone who shares our passion for quality produce and provenance to provide the best meat and service for our wonderful customers.
