Full Time Butcher - 40 hours per week Monday-Friday
£26,000-28,000 per annum depending on experience
We are looking for a talented individual to join our team, serving customers and butchering - preparing joints & cuts, breaking down carcasses, putting out meat window displays, slicing bacon, making products, preparing and packaging orders
Ideally we are looking for a butcher with bone in butchery experience, however we would be prepared to provide whole carcass training if necessary for the right candidate if they already had some butchery experience e.g. through cheffing.
