Our house plain pork sausages in a thin chipolata version, seasoned with a blend of white and black pepper and a hint of dried onion and leek. Perfect for any occasion.

These sausages are Gluten Free and we use natural casings, our chipolata skins are sheep casings.

We make all of our sausages in house from our Old Spot pork which has been hung for 7-10 days in our carcass dry ageing room, which features a Himalayan salt wall which aides in the texture and flavour development of the pork.
