Lamb shanks are a richly flavoured cut, perfect for slow cooking until the meat falls off the bone. Ideal for braising or slow roasting.

These lamb shanks are frozen and will be shipped with 7 day shelf life from date of shipping, and cannot be refrozen.

All our lamb is British and pasture raised with full traceability right back to the farmer. We only select lamb from farms and abattoirs that meet our standards of welfare and animal husbandry.

We age our lamb for 7-10 days in our carcass dry ageing room, which features a Himalayan salt wall which aides in the texture and flavour development of the lamb.
