Lamiri Harissa has its roots in Tunisian heritage. A family-run and produced product; the recipe for this jar has been passed down through generations of Lamari’s and imported directly from La Marsa. It uses baklouti chillies that have been dried in traditional log ovens to create a rich, smokey flavour. Extremely versatile; use it to marinate meat or vegetables.
Ingredients: Dried chillies, Tabil (caraway seeds, coriander seeds, cumin seeds, red chilli flakes), Extra virgin olive oil, Salt, Fresh Garlic.
